We are involved in much more than helping clients buy and sell homes. We run in the Music City Marathon almost every year, except 2006 due to the birth of our son. We are very active and health concious people. Both of us believe in being highly disciplined and having a strong work ethic.

About Darin Cunningham - Nashville Realtor

Darin is from the Pittsburgh, PA area and graduated from Penn State University in 2000 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. He then received further education in teaching and became a school teacher in Boca Raton, FL in 2001.From there Darin made a connection in Real Estate in the Nashville, TN area and opted to change his career to the Real Estate Industry.

In addition to raising their children, he coaches youth baseball each year in the Mt Juliet Little League, and plays flag football in an organization called Nashville Sports Leagues. He is competitive with a strong type-A personality, that helps drive him to want to be the best at everything he is involved in. He is a former Div I Collegiate baseball player. In 1996, he earned the John S. Egli Award for most outstanding male scholar athlete. Darin has also been awarded the prestigious academic All-Big-Ten honors.

Christina is very involved in their children's school activities whenever possible.  She attended Middle Tennessee University and has lived in Nashville for almost 20 years. In addition she has specialized in working with new construction for the majority of her Real Estate Career that began in 1995. She has represented many builders and now is the exclusive representative of the owner of The Governors Club in Brentwood, TN, which is considered by many to be the most prestigious neighborhood in the state of TN.
